Pool Play: 8:00 a.m.
Junior Girls Age Divisions: 13's, 15's, 18's
(Age divisions may be combined or separated if necessary)
Entry Fee: $125 per Team if paid by January 13th
$150 per Team if paid by January 20th
(Entry Fee is non-refundable if the team withdraws after the deadline. Checks can be made to BHSU Volleyball)
Young Center Gymnasium and Field House on the BHSU campus
Will vary based on number of teams per division. Ideally, single elimination bracket tournament and finals will take place immediately following pool play. Rolling schedule will be applied.
Officials & Scorekeeping
Each team must provide 1 qualified down official, 2 lines, and 2 scorekeepers for the matches they are assigned to referee. Not providing an officiating crew may result in a forfeit of the first game of the next scheduled match.
(Please note that the up officials will be current BHSU volleyball players. We appreciate your cooperation with and respect of these officials as they are working on a volunteer basis.)
A completed team roster is REQUIRED to compete at BHSU. All teams MUST submit a roster by January 20th (See page 3 for Roster details).
Roster changes are permitted up until check-in, but if no roster is submitted, the team may be withdrawn from the tournament.
Schedules will be sent via email shortly after the Registration deadline. Please provide accurate information on the registration page.
Team check-in will be held at the BHSU Young Center Lobby from 7:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m.
All teams must have a coach check the team in during this time. At check-in, coaches will be asked to verify rosters. All information must be completed and turned in by a coach at check-in.
(Please bring your own balls and/or cart!! Each team is responsible for having their own balls to use in warm ups and in between matches. BHSU will only provide 1 game ball per court to be used only for game time.)
Tickets: Tickets will be available for purchase in the Lobby of the Young Center - $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children/students.
Concessions / T-Shirt sales will run throughout the tournament.

(Please note that due to NCAA rules, BHSU cannot and will not have an athletic trainer on duty. No medical staff will be provided, so please plan accordingly if your team will need specific medical needs. We will provide a cooler of ice to be used for injuries only.)
This tournament is open to all eligible USAV, JVA, and AAU club teams. BHSU is not affiliated with these organizations; therefore matches will not count toward official statistics or win/loss records.
